The professional nursing staff at Exceptional Home Care provides individualized, continuous nursing care for children less than 21 years of age who are living at home with their families and caregivers. Specialized services include: Trach Care, Trach Change, Trach Suction, Ventilators, CPAPs, BiPAPs, Oxygen Therapy, Nebulizer Treatments, PICC Line Care, Central Line Care, Portacaths, Pulse Oximeter, Apnea Monitoring, Enteral Therapy, G-Tube Care, Home Phototherapy, IV Therapy, Parenteral Therapy and Venipuncture.
